I was extremely satisfied with RMT Simone and he is the only reason I would like to come back. However, spa associate wasn’t very welcoming and spa was very unclean

The receptionist(s) had made too many errors: entering wrong contact info and spelling errors in the system so for the longest time we were not getting any emails, errors in charging our credit cards (overcharging, or saying it did not work), errors in insurance receipt, booking mistakes (forgetting to actually book the appointment, double booking, booking on a stat holiday when the store is closed). It is frustrating when we have to take time to amend the errors or when we have to reschedule our appointment.

The massage was pretty average, nothing extraordinary. No feedback requested during the massage Re: pressure And I didn’t have a lot of relief the next day. It was relaxing but not therapeutic which is generally what I expect of H&S

Atilla is the reason I visit He has incredibly changed my pain and therapy following an injury and provides me a lot of relief. The spa rooms badly need new carpet and need to be better cleaned and dusted, the chairs from looking from underneath are dusty.

I would like the massage therapist to ask if more or less pressure is needed. Keeping low pressure throughout the session is ok but does not seem to fully address the concerning areas.

I was satisfied with everything to do with my massage experience. Whenever I go to the Dan leckie location, I have a pleasant experience with everyone I interact with.

At points during the massage the bed shaked which made it the massage not relaxing. Apart from that the actual massage was good. But it was uncoformatable that the bed kept moving.

I am highly Satisfied with the massage therapist that they do a great job, I m not highly satisfied with the table I remember used to be more comfy, there should be more promo for clients that want to go more often around 2 times per week!

The massage table area where I put my head was a bit uncomfortable. The experience would have been nicer if there was essential oils diffused in the room to give a aromatherapy touch.
