I am highly Satisfied with the massage therapist that they do a great job, I m not highly satisfied with the table I remember used to be more comfy, there should be more promo for clients that want to go more often around 2 times per week!

The massage table area where I put my head was a bit uncomfortable. The experience would have been nicer if there was essential oils diffused in the room to give a aromatherapy touch.

I had the Introductory massage which i later discovered is only 50 min. I would have preferred the 60 min massage.

I really enjoyed my massage. And will have a better comparison after my next massage with the same RMT. I can say however- it was way better than the one I had last year.

Appointment was for 10am but did not get called in until almost 10:10am. Then after getting changed to go on the table. Waited some more time for the facial to start.

Suggest they provide aromatherapy oil as part of the treatment with no extra cost. Therapists are all very nice and attentive but many do not provide the greatest treatment for back pain.

Booking process could be easier. Lack of available appointments outside working hours. Appointment did not start on time. Feeling pressured/put on the spot to leave gratuity which is optional.

Uncomfortable with a male masseur, was not offered a choice

I had a great massage. Unfortunately, I had to come in again at a later appointment time because the original person who reached out to me didn't confirm my appointment even though I provided my information. However, the receptionist was very helpful and resolved it quickly to accommodate me.

I felt Jason was much too chatty even after I said I booked a massage to relax. My previous massage the bed had a heat pad which this did not.
