I was highly satisfied, I out felt that I was pushed too much to sign up for membership. This happens at all my visits and it’s my only complaint. I feel there is a lot of pressure to sign up for things and friends have also mentioned this to me when they went too. That’s was the only problem. Otherwise everything was great!

The payment process and signing up for a membership felt a little hectic. The receptionist was new and didn't know all the details, and a lot of information was being provided at once. In the end, the receptionist even forgot to take payment for my husband's massage for that day, as we were signing up for membership. But all was good in the end.

I was highly satisfied. It's just that I do these surveys after every appointment. But really do like the staff and the service they do.

The RMT did not attend to the problem areas sufficiently. He did not massage my head stating there was no time for that. One of the buttocks was thoroughly massaged and the other one was not sufficiently massaged. When I asked why, I was given no explanation. I did ask for a thorough massage including all body parts and expected him to allocate sufficient time for each body part. But apart from this, the RMT was very good and professional.

The clock in the therapist room was 5 minutes fast, therefore reducing my service time by 5 minutes.

The staff was nice and the massage was excellent. My only feed back: for the price of the massage (over 100) I think the decoration and ambiance could be more “spa” like and less “clinic” like. Also more whispery tones could be used to sooth and relax at the front desk - and the front desk staff also seemed pressured to up-sell and push membership and services which gave me a bit of anxiety and pressure after a relaxing massage.
