The staff was nice and the massage was excellent. My only feed back: for the price of the massage (over 100) I think the decoration and ambiance could be more “spa” like and less “clinic” like. Also more whispery tones could be used to sooth and relax at the front desk - and the front desk staff also seemed pressured to up-sell and push membership and services which gave me a bit of anxiety and pressure after a relaxing massage.

I am highly satisfied with my experience. I simply don’t have the benefit coverage to keep up with monthly appointments. I have pressure issue with my ears but due to Covid we were unable to target those areas (no fault of hand and stone at all).

Covid is taken seriously. Staff is friendly. There is a nice ambience.

Check-in could have been faster. RMT could have paid more attention to detail and been more gentle.

I enjoyed my massage alot however I am sore the next day. I hope that after another day I am feeling better and feeling the benefits of the massage.

The pricing model is confusing, the membership, and the inability to view time slots online to book. The process of booking an appointment makes it difficult and is a barrier to securing more appointments because I can see the entire schedule

I clicked the wrong button. Then I didn't realize until after I hit next. Then I couldn't go back and correct it. I'm highly satisfied.

The reception staff were friendly and space was cleanly. The therapist was quite and didn’t fully communicate how the massage would be conducted in the COVID environment- further explanation would be appreciated. I would Also recommend that the spa provides a disposable mask vs using a personal mask as this will impose further safety measures.

Good place for quick massage. the staff is always there to help out, I usually don't care for which therapist I choose but would be great if all have the same expertise like the others. Once you get to the good ones, if there's anyone else that's not too great, that can impact the next visit. Would also be good if there can be a pause and go membership program instead of cancelling it as there's only so much insurance coverage and the membership keeps on charging the credit card every month. Say for example if I want only 6 massages per year, it would be good to pause the membership after 6 months and use the massages throughout the year.

The ambience and comfort in the massage room can be better. The table was not comfortable and the linen could have been better.
