Happy with the experience overall and very happy with the massage. Was not a big fan of the sent of the product used.

The cost of the massage is a bit higher than other places I've seen. There weren't that many female massage therapists that were available.

Staff were friendly, professional and accommodating. Very qualified masseuses and felt at ease with cleanliness and Covid standards.

I am one of the oldest customers of this location. I already forgave the fact that you guys took away money for three packages AFTER I asked for a cancellation. Then when booking the next appt, I was again asked for my CC and threatened with a 50% cancelation fee... that seemed tone deaf and Helen had to jump in. Finding the overall staff approach too aggressive off late though Helen is great, not show if the staff EQ level is appropriate and enough.

I do not agree with tipping licensed RMT’s , and at hand and stone there are envelopes every where and also at payment suggesting tipping. This pressures the client into tipping.

I was satisfied. I had a good experience in general.

I had an good over all experience. How ever I came with an expectation that 50 minute deep tissue massage for the cost , will not be restricted only to my upper back.

No receptionist for a few minutes when I entered. The appointment started late and I think it was cut short by a few minutes.

Overall the massage was good, however I've had better massages in other spas.
