Told therapist about pulling back, pinched nerve etc but she did not have any advice, feedback. Also would prefer face shields to be used

While I understand that using the facial mask improves safety for everyone. I would suggest your typical very high standards of keeping everything exceptionaly clean and disinfected should allow for the customer to take off the mask at least during the part of the procedure where one doesn't face the therapist. The mask does considerably restrict breathing while lying on the stomach.

There were people talking outside my room during my massage. I could hear them for a great deal of time during my massage. The sheets seemed thin and I would prefer that the lights were dimmed during the massage. Other than that, good massage and therapist

As a general rule, I never give full marks to anyone. The appointment was fine. The appointment met with my expectations.

I find that every time I go to the Dan Leckie location, it feels rushed. I feel the therapists should be given more time in between guests. It’s like an assembly line of sorts. Not enough time to speak as they have to prepare for next client. Not spa like.

The massage was wonderful, however I also had a facial at the same time and wasn’t as satisfied with that. I felt like I was constantly being up sold and just wanted to relax, not continuing to say no to additional services or products.

I keep getting contradictory information about how the subscription services work. It ranges from my packages will never expire to they are expiring within a month of when they are added to my account. I've also tried to pause my membership in the past and have had multiple payments go through when they are not supposed to. Half the receptionists are rude/not attentive (though the other half are great). The RMTs are mostly great. It's hard to get appointments with the ones I like most due to scheduling issues. If I just book based on my schedule, sometimes I get RMTs that are unable to use the right amount of pressure on specific areas even when repeatedly asked. I always specifically request for deep tissue massages, but seems that some of the RMTs are unable to provide the right type of massage.

I’ve repeatedly been given wrong information when buying gift cards . It was advertised we could buy a gift card under the member price, but recipients of the gift card would Subsequently have to add money to pay the full price when redeeming the service . Everyone I talked to about this seemed confused and would give different answers. I’ve decided to not but gift cards anymore This was not a problem at my last visit, but a repeated problem at previous visits

I told the masseuse what area of my back was the main reason for my visit and I feel that she did not spend enough time on it. She didn't speak at all and I was trying to talk a little. When the massage was over she told me it was over. A few seconds later I asked her a question while I was still lying down and when she didn't reply I realized its because she had already left the room

It was a little cramped in the reception area and there wasn't enough seating.
