Hand and Stone

My massage wasn't as relaxing as it could've been and it felt like there wasnt enough product used because his hands felt dry.

I had a great time at my newest Hand & Stone appointment. The only reason I was not highly satisfied is because I had a bad experience the time before. I do like coming to this location, and was happy with my newest experience, but I'll need to come a few more times to build the trust again as the aesthetician the previous time did not provide a satisfactory services. 9/10 overall!

It was my first time, satisfaction level changes with time.

It was more of a relaxation massage rather than addressing my tight muscles

Do not like yo be asked to pay upfront regardless of closing time Not not great ambiance overall - however the price you pay makes sense

Emily my message therapist was extremely good with the direction that I have communicated to her what I needed.I must mention she is a very good therapist and also quite knowledgeable. I will definitely consider going back to her and already scheduled my next appointment with her.

Massage therapist could have been more friendly, I appreciate feedback about any muscle knots or areas I should be more mindful of that hold tension.

I need the servicer who can speak Chinese

Everyone was very friendly, it just wasn’t one of the better massages that I have had. It was relaxing enough during the massage but I actually feel more sore today. I haven’t had that happen before.

The entryway didn't have much seating available for the amount of clients who came in. Also, it wasn't obvious which slippers were clean/dirty, and there were not enough clean slippers available. We did a couples massage and while my therapist Laura was excellent, my partner's therapist Diana did not offer a warming blanket during the treatment and also her massage was quite "pinchy".
