Compared to other RMTs in the city, the cost is a bit steep and the massages are only 50 mins long instead of an hour.

The massage therapist smell bad.

the receptionist attitude is awful! her gestures and how she reacts when either my partner, the RM or I asked her questions is unbelievable. I honestly don't know why you keep her. Has been the same way since day, not the first time commenting this.

For the price paid, I was hoping for more of a spa ambience in the room, however the lights were very harsh and I had to ask for them to be turned down (I was getting a facial). Also, the waxing station was on in my room and it made the room cluttered. It shouldn’t have been in the same room as me as I was only getting a facial - my fur jacket almost brushed up against the station and I was very worried wax had gotten onto it

Just the overall service could have been better

as a first time experience with a facial, felt pretty run of the mill and rushed instructions afterwards - would have liked a print out or a email of what to do to continue to take care of my skin - recommended products or reasonable comparables. trying to determine a skin care regime, so some follow up information/details would be helpful

I'm pretty satisfied with hand and stone, nothing is inherently wrong with your service. It's not the BEST massage place I've been to, but it's close to me, it's affordable enough so yeah. That's why I plan on coming back.

I was hoping you’d accommodate my request to take the facial promo when booking RMT but I was told a clear no without even checking with a manager. I come to this location often and have recommended atleast 3 people who also came for their services, I expected a courtesy booking or atleast something that made it look like you tried to accommodate me

It met my expectations but didn’t exceed them.

Was a great massage, the RMT was very friendly and knowledgeable. Felt great after. The appointment did not begin on time (5 minutes late) and then the consultation was about another 5 minutes. So rather than get the 50 minutes I paid for I only got 40 minutes.
