The only part of the experience that I was dissapointed with was mistakenly being double charged for one of the appointments.

More often than not my massages are not the full 50 minutes hands on.

I booked my appointment via email, requesting 90 minutes on a certain day. They didn't have that day available and offered an alternative. I accepted. At the end of my massage, I was surprised it ended so quickly. When I checked the clock, I saw that the appointment had been 60 minutes. When I explained this to the receptionist, I was told "I'm sorry", asked if I'd like to book another appointment, and then given the bill. Receptionist seemed unconcerned and I was disappointed about the mistake in the appointment but more so with the lack of concern or thought behind this. Had I known there was only a 60 minute appointment, I'd have looked for an alternative time.

I booked a massage and facial on the phone and was to call back with a credit card before 6:30 to secure, but when I called back just before 6:30 my massage appointment was given away so I just got a facial. I would have loved to get both. The facial was good and great value. The service room was quite cold but otherwise I was happy with the experience.

Your initial appointment special is very well priced. However, your regular pricing is higher than average especially since you only provide the customer with only 50 minutes as opposed to 60 minutes. To pay over $100 for a massage at 50 minutes I think it’s too much. Unless it’s a real ‘spa’ the average price is $90 for 60 minutes. Your business is NOT ‘spa’ like enough for you to be charging a higher rate. If you had spa water facilities or the like I would say yes, but just having ‘spa’ in your name doesn’t make you one. Neither does a calming water wall, tea or lemon water. That is simply ambiance and doesn’t make you a spa. For just an RMT massage app 90$/50 min is he highest I’d want to pay ( especially since again, I typically pay $90 for 60 minutes). I wanted to write that it would be unlikely that I would return in 90 days, and unlikely that I would refer anyone in 90 days because I do believe the ongoing price is too high. However your wording on that question specifically stated “based on your experience”. Well if I was paying what I did for my first appointment, which you provide a great special on, I would return

The quality of the sounds of music during the massage was poor, sort of crackly, which really takes away from the music itself and the relaxation

I'm satisfied with the experience. However there were few areas that could have been better

wish that the back massage was deeper and also overal experience felt very superficial, not tissue-focused when i booked my appointment, the receptionist didn't say that my firdt visit wasnt being covered as the credit for my mo thly visit - ended having to pay for an extra massage even though i wasn't expecting to.

The massage and therapists were great for the couples massage. However my partner was asking questions during her massage and I don’t feel those were being appropriately addressed
