Only 3 chairs in the waiting room. Had to stand there waiting for my therapist which wasn’t comfortable for me as I have a back injury. Otherwise, I was very satisfied with my experience! Massage was a hour, but you loose 15 min for the chat, change.

I think the waiting room feelings somewhat clinical and not entirely relaxing. The tea and cookies are nice but it could feel more "spa" like if there was music playing, more comfortable chairs, magazines and the lighting was dimmed more. Perhaps there should be an area in addition to the "reception" area where people can sit and wait before their appointment and to also relax and rejuvenate after the appointment.

Receptionist didn’t get off her stool, not welcoming. No offer of water after massage which is service I’ve received at other hand and stone locations and appreciate as massages are dehydrating. Just a ‘meh’ experience in reception

The waiting area needs more seating, the oils used during the massage don't have an aroma but the option of ones that do would be welcomed. the headrests need a wider inner open area, my eyes often feel crushed in the cushion.

I like the cleanlyness of the clinic, and the staff know me by name and very friendly. I laso liked the way my RMT spent time on me without rushing.

The product used are somewhat smelly like old oil it should have a pine or lavender smell. The price increase was exorbitant

Everything was really good and consistent. Nothing had a total “WOW factor” to it but I did leave satisfied and everyone was definitely super friendly and helpful.

1. Some RMTs doesn't seem very understand how to treat my concerned areas well, as a result, I felt somewhat relaxed but not completely satisfied. 2. Most of RMTs doesn't do proper pressure and took their time to walk, and get stuff and some basically just "touching" By giving around $100 per visit, I don't think it worths the visit.

I think in order to be highly satisfied, the room would be warmer, massage table would be warm, and things wouldn't feel rushed (even if a few minutes late).
