I said I WAS satisfied overall. The only slightly frustrating thing was the receptionist didn't perfectly understand how the membership works, and my wife has to remind them how it works every time.

Didn’t get my full 50 minutes of hands on time. The pressure was a little much but that was corrected. Overall a good experience.

The checkout receptionist didn’t have th RMT receipt ready at checkout as it’s normally been done. She didn’t ask me if I want to book my next appointment and I felt like she was trying to rush me out. I had to bring up booking my next appointment. She didn’t acknowledge me when she was done with the customer before me. Not personable at all.

Hi there. My massage and my therapist were great. The issue was that my massage started 20 mins late and I rushed to be there in time only to start my massage late. The problem is resolved because I was still given the full 50 mins. The receptionist never said hello when I walked in, and never told me the appointment was running behind schedule. Stephen had to come and tell me when he saw me waiting.

The aesthetician did a great job with the facial, and clearly knows what she is doing but I prefer not to talk through the appointment and she talked the entire time (all very positive though) Her approach is a little quick and not super soothing - the massage is not quite relaxing.

the pressure was too much high compared to what I wrote on the survey before the massage. And at the end, my boyfriend explained that it was a gift for my birthday and the receptionnist annonced the price in front of me.

I like this location I just feel like it’s not very personable. And the massage rooms should be more like a spa instead of a room with a door and a bed inside. Sometimes the lights are way too bright inside and sometimes there is noise in the halls. The linen could be softer

Reception and RMT Jessica were fabulous to say the least. Super friendly personable and professional. No complaints and great location and price. Only feedback is design of entrance and acoustics.

The reception area could be a bit more practical. While it is very nice to offer beverages, there isn't a convenient place to put them down while sitting.
