Seating area in the lobby could be improved to allow for more guests an area to comfortably wait. Appreciate the refreshments provided, would like an outlined place for the used glasses and maybe a more secure place to hang coats (away from door).

Though the massage staff and receptionists were very kind and efficient I felt as if hand and stone was no different than every othrt massage spa. Also othrt spas I have been do massage for 60 mins and perhaps then some. I don't feel it's right to pay 100 dollars for a massage and not get a full hour. Also a quiet post room would be nice to relax or have tea after.

The actual massage service itself is top-notch. However, over the past few visits, there seems to be some inconsistency amongst the reception staff over the application of member's package credits to accompanying guests. For example, yesterday, we were initially told that the guest doesn't receive an insurance form as he used the hosting member's credit and didn't pay out of pocket so to speak. We found this odd and mentioned that this was never the practice. But after a bit of clear-up, all was fine. Please ensure staff are well-aware and consistent in handling different payment structure/scenarios.

First time getting a massage here. I selected medium pressure when filling out the forms. The massage was great in terms of working out knots etc. and the pressure was really firm. I was expecting a more relaxing massage. The massage was great nonetheless, but just not what I was really expecting.

would like to see the massage 1 hour rather then 50 minutes, more value for the money.

The experience was good, it could be better though. the oil like I mentioned earlier could be warm. The lights were turned on in the room when I entered, but the therapist did turn them off when the massage started.

No one went above and beyond. Overall it was a good service . Next time I suggest doing something that goes above and beyond

I've come here 4 times and tried 4 different massage therapists. The first one fell asleep while he was seated when massaging me (while face up) The second one was so new and nervous his hands were shaking the whole time so I couldn't relax. He was good at explaining things however he wasn't able to massage well. The 3rd therapist was good. The 4th at first wasn't applying pressure on the right areas but after I asked her do deep tissue instead of general massage it was much better. I won't be able to give a highly satisfied response until 90% of my visit leaves me feeling good. I've never had this inconsistent experience at other places before.

I find that more times than not my appointment finishes before the 50 minute mark. Its frustrating because I’ve mentioned this a few times now but it happens frequently. I pay for 50 minutes and really want the full time. Also, I sometimes request certain areas to be treated over others and those requests aren’t adhered to and I leave the massage having parts not worked on that I requested and parts getting attention I asked to be ignored.

No noticeable change or feel in skin after appointment, however I do have every problematic skin with issues that I was not expecting to be solved in a single session. Sessions are not cheap though so it’s not something I will be doing weekly or even monthly as it is not covered by a health benefit package. Very expensive recommended cream for further use, but did get some good tips.
