The facial treatment was what I was expecting for, not more, not less. the staff were nice and answered all the questions I had regarding additional treatments, prices and products. The regular cost is a bit high after the first discount treatment so I'm not sure I'll be back.

I requested for 80 minute massage when I first sent my query online, but they booked me for 50 minutes massage

My facial wasn’t up to my standards and complete.

I was visiting Toronto and given a massage as a gift. This was paid by credit card by my partner and unbeknownst to me that a gratuity of $10.00 was included in this payment, otherwise I would not have provided a gratuity of $20.00 cash as well. So it turns out that the total gratuity provided was $30.00. That is a 38% tip!! Why didn't the receptionist say that the gratuity was on the bill??

The massage itself and ambience of the spa was excellent. However, my only dissatisfaction was having to wait over 30mins for my appointment to start. It was not acknowledged, and I was getting ready to ask them what was causing such a long delay when the masseuse came out to retrieve me. In my experience visiting spas and getting massages, I have never had to wait like that.

Wasn't the easiest to book an appt, had to send multiple emails and then still needed to call reception to finalize the appt. Then all of my services weren't actually scheduled, which ended up to be fine because there was someone available.

It took a very long time to pay using gift cards, various issues with the system and the receptionists figuring out how to resolve the issue.

I wish 1 hour appointments meant 1 hour services not 50 minuntes. Everything was great but it just was no enough time. Jason is lovely.

The massage therapist did not meet me after the massage session. I was expecting her to discuss things with her. But she did not showed up. However I did a couple massage.. my partner massage therapist met him and discuss with him what exercise he needs to do. But mine she went home probably

The day of my massage everything was great. I experienced a back spasm this morning. Unsure if it is related to the massage. Regarding reception, I found it awkward to remove my boots and put them back on after my appointment without tracking salt into the premises. perhaps a different set up for the seats would help.
