Although it turns out to be awesome experience, it would still be better to be told well in advance that I would be treated with a male therapist (I’m a female). I was a little supurised and felt a little bit strange at first, although I’m quite satisfied with his service.

Did not book couple massage. Both partner and I wanted separate rooms and booked separate massages but were joined in one.

I had a satisfying experience, everyone was friendly and RMT was great. Staff was very friendly.

Overall a good massage, but would prefer a full 60 minutes. 50 is not enough to fully unwind- a sense that things are being cut short.

With current benefit plan I am not able to purchase the member pricing. Pricing without it, is ridiculously high.

I was not given proper information to a question I asked. I first asked on receptionist who gave me one answer, then when I went to pay the second receptionist told me a different response.

Just a few things could make it better: - a super soft comfortable face cushion which I've had in other clinics so they do exist ;) - better music in the massage room (i can suggest some) - if possible, to not have the fan or heater blowing in the room every time it comes on as it's quite loud and a bit disturbing Thanks!

A 50-minute duration for the service seems rather steep. Especially when speaking to the massage technician and undressing already took 10 minutes. Which made the massage session shorter. Work prefer a longer session but not for $90..
