Receptionist was in a casual conversation with another individual for quite a while before I was acknowledged. Prices are higher than other massage clinic chains.

Was very satisfied with the therapist and the service of the spa. Will definitely recommend it. Excellent location for me

1. waiting in the reception area we listened to the receptionist receipt payments of other guests and she asked them all if they would like to leave a gratuity. I feel this is tacky. Also, isn't RMT a profession - why should we be expected to tip? 2. the upsell brochure on the sign in forms. Again, tacky. I don't go to get a relaxing massage expecting that I should be adding on. 3. my husband's massage was in his words "weird". He advised he was there for relaxation and the masseuse spent 2/3 of the massage resting his elbows on two pressure points on his back. He didn't knead these pressure points, just kept applying pressure. Ruben did not find this relaxing or enjoyable. The masseuse never explained why he was doing this or asked how the pressure was.

The only thing missing is a bit more of a calm ambience like maybe aromatherapy candles lit or scents in the area?

The message therapist I want is always booked and I have to book early to get him. Sometimes this is hard with my schedule as circumstances can change quit quickly.

My partner and I had the couples room. I felt the therapists were a little clumsy. Knocking into things and making crashing sounds as they walk into the chair. My therapist was a bit rough by yanking the sheet under me. I asked for light to medium pressure. I felt like he gave me firm on some parts of the body. I had to ask him to lighten up a few times. I am still a bit sore from the rub.

One of the girls at reception wasn’t overly friendly. It might have been Rebecca. She had curly hair. Also wish aromatherapy was included in the massage - like everywhere else does!

Therapist applied too much pressure. Asked to go lighter but still kept going harder.

Everything was great! I will likely return again soon, my personal viewpoint is that H&S is a convinent spot with value for the service

Massage didn’t start on time but finished on time (wasn’t 50 minutes, it was more like 40).
