Price was still high comparing to other places.

Receipt had the wrong amount written - it did not include the HST as indicated. Came back to have it fixed. It was just white-out and written over...I could've save time and just done this myself.

There is a limited amount of bookings available for after 5pm on weekdays. So when the booking gets cancelled, it is really annoying, because availability is low, and it was cancelled last minute. Also when I had to cancel because I was having bad cramps, I was charged the extra fee as per the policy.

I was satisfied with the massage and the massage therapists knowledge. I have not been exposed to any other massage experiences, therefore, I don't think that I am exactly qualified to give more than just a "satisfied" opinion.

At other places, they've always had a warmer at the beginning of the massage in the body area preceding the actual massage. I'm surprised you don't do that as it makes the massage far more effective. Thanks. Simon was super.

I was a little disappointed because , all my point during my membership (I quit my membership 2 month ago ) are cancelled and I didn’t got a warning or chance to use them. They told me when I cancel my membership I loose all my point but I found out after my cancellation. That is not a good business practice Thanks.

No disrespect with Satisfied, that is a good review and positive experience. Highly Satisfied would be above and beyond expectations and would be reserved for the most fantastic experience. I had a great experience and it met my high expectations.

RECEPTIONIST MUST NOT ASK IF I WANT TO LEAVE TIP, LOUD AND PUBLIC AS DEMAND OF ADDITIONAL MONEY, IT IS MY CHOICE. Members should be given more package discount. Rewards points must be allowed to use as gift.

The therapist was very nice and friendly and did a great job, however he talked the entire treatment. I tried to give cues that I did not want to talk but I did not want to hurt feelings. Made it much less relaxing.

Typically spas at this price point would have sauna rooms, etc. That could have made it a highly satisfying experience.
