I would love a way to look online at all available appointments and be able to schedule appropriately and save my time and the receptionists. Should introduce an online booking system, even a 3rd party one.

I had a good experience, and I really don’t want that to get lost in this. A couple of things could have improved for me: - the headrest on the massage table was a bit uncomfortable around my face when I was prone, and I found my mind slipping to that which was a bit distracting. - My problem area during my visit was my mid-upper back, which was addressed and worked on. I’m not sure if this is common (like with a workout) but I found that the next day my back was tense and sore.

Problem in reservation, although i was there in person. THey seem to need credit card information for booking an appointment, which she didn't tell me when i was standing in front of her. THen i got an email saying they need it to book an appointment. Then i got a call, which i missed. When i called back, she took my credit card information, when i was in a public place - that was uncomfortable, which i mentioned, so then i was told that they cannot confirm the appointment! Even after giving the info, i saw that i received an email saying the appointment is cancelled! If they sent it before they spoke to me, they should have sent ANOTHER email confirming the information. THe whole problem is, it is the staff's fault when they "forgot" to make my credit card information, when I was there. SO why should I be penalized for it? Secondly, why do u need my credit card info for booking an appointment! Do you not trust ur services, to know that ppl who book, will come? When u force ppl to come, it becomes more repulsive. Please change this policy and keep more masseuses around.

There were 2 receptionists but they were both busy checking out other clients so I could not check in.

Staff at front desk seemed very busy and no time to smile Not sufficient seating for everyone waiting Music could be better for massage

The RMT talked too much. The carpet was not clean in the room and the linens did not feel "crisp". The oil used had a strong odour and too much was used.

مساء الخير ...سعيدة بالتواصل معكم ...انا أم أرغب كثيراً في عمل المساج لدواعي الاسترخاء ..أحببت مساج ( ديانا ) ولكن كانت لدي مشكلة في إصبع قدمي أشعر أحياناً بالشد به ومع ذلك خرجت من المساج دون فائدة لحل هذه المشكلة ..ولا أنكر المساج في كامل الجسم مفيد ومساج النعناع للشعر جيد نوعاً ما أما مساج الأحجار الباردة في الوجه فهو رائع ولكن بدون منشفة الوجه الحارة في نهاية الجلسة. ملاحظة / هل مساج الجسم الكامل بدون القدمين ؟ مع إني أعلم أن مساج القدمين أساسي في كل جلسة مساج وحسب خبراتي في دول عديدة ! أتمنى إفادتي ... أكرر شكري وأتمنى زيارتكم قريباً. .
