It was fine, but just a basic massage. None of the extra things were done (warming pad, cool cloth over eyes, feedback from RMT at end of session) to make the experience even more better.

I find i cannot get the same RMT more than once or twice in a row - staff turn over seems high. Appointments NEVER start on time. I have had more good than bad massages but the bad have been unacceptable.

Mohammed was amazing - He gave me a great message. Just thought for the price the spa itself is nothing special but definitely had a nice experience.

I love going to hand and stone at dan leckie. Walking in is always pleasant and clean. Every RMT I’ve had has been great. Jason was fantastic, friendly and funny. I’d love to see the online booking show available slots for specific RMTs though vs just emailing the desk.

Was not provided with prices either on the phone when scheduled the appointment or when checking out. I was also not offered any specials or offers to return again

I felt that the RMT did not concentrate on the areas I verbally outlined at the beginning of the appointment as problematic. The method used felt very 'standard' and not tailored to an individual's needs based on areas outlined to be focused on during the therapy. Furthermore, the applied pressure felt very 'medium' as opposed to 'firm' (which I originally requested).

changed RMT without telling me, said they left a voicemail, but I never received it. New RMT was good, but I liked my other one better.
