At the end of my visit I found the receptionist was a little stern with the massage therapist which made it a little awkward for me.

Although my massage was great, I had booked a hot stone massage and just received a regular massage.

Felt my lower back wasn't given as much attention as I would have liked. Also your cost has gone up.

The website is out dated and doesn’t have an easy navigation for services. No pricing is listed which is why I don’t book often. booking services isn’t ideal using the ‘submit form’ method. The rooms are nice but adding a little essential oil would help with the ambience.

There were not enough chairs in the waiting room so I had to stand to fill out my form and wait for my service.

I am also interested in acupuncture. Time of massage should be 1hr as it is everywhere else.

This was my first visit. I get facials regularly at other spas for many years. The ambiance and service level was not the same as other spas. I just had my facial yesterday, so it is too early to know whether I see a difference in my skin/ face as yet. I need more time to assess.

I thought charging for some of the items, like aromatic oils, was a bit frivolous. My experience with other massage therapy places, the masseuse would typically include many of your 'add-on' items free of charge, and charge the same rate.

We started our membership at the Laird location and the receptionist has to pull in our package from another location to pay for our service. We found out that my husband had no packages. We then realized that his credit card had expired. We were very disappointed that no one contacted us. It made us feel that we are not valued customers.
