My therapist was quite nice but I don't know if he's new or his style is just different. I was ok with it. The restroom was tiny and uncomfortable and i'm not a big person!

I found my visit quite pleasant, I don't have any comments that would increase my satisfaction, but I was quite satisfied with my experience, although I believe that "highly satisfied" is quite a high rating. I feel like If I had to rate my experience out of 100 it would have been an 85/100. I would definitely come back.

The only reason I wasn't Highly Satisfied was because I didn't really ask to have him focus on one area specifically. The areas he worked on felt good, but I should have asked for more of a focus on my upper and lower back.

sometimes i would start a bit late. they use to pour me water but last time i had do it myself. water had no lemon like before.

Hello, I loved my first experience at Hand & Stone. My only recommendation is to insulate the walls better as I could hear laughing and some talking from the next room and hallway. I prefer complete silence or soft music only during massage as, like your pamphlet says, it is my time to relax away from a stressful life.

I was highly satisfied with Emily. did a very good job and will be back. I was just disappointed that I did not receive a reminder of my appointment. I had a previous appointment booked and the day of someone called to inform me that that Emily was sick and that was ok. was told on the initial call that to come in early to complete form. came in but that was not the case. anyway will be back in 2 weeks

The staff at this location are kind and do their best but I have shown up more than once for my 80 minute massage and I've only been booked for a 50. When booking facials, I often inquire about add on services and their cost (i.e. what will it cost me if I add a peppermint scalp massage) and end up being quoted the wrong price. The owner(s) have been happy to offer a credit or step in to help with scheduling but perhaps some additional training would be helpful. It's nice to receive a credit but I would be happier with the service I've requested and/or the price I have been quoted with a seamless entrance/exit from my appointment. The purpose of the visit is to leave more relaxed then when I came in and that is often not the case. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me. It just felt a little rushed and it was clear that there were other appointments right after ours. Maybe there should be a 15 minute gap between appointments to have some leeway.
