The RMT was great, I've had issues with neck pain and he did focus on it but there hasn't been any improvement (Not his fault). I'm hoping it gets better soon but this may just be an injury that needs to heal itself. Would be nice to have scheduled a longer session.

Everything was great during the experience. The one thing I would recommend for therapists working with women would be to wrap the hair on something so they don't put unnecessary grease in the hair. It my hair and scalp are sensitive and I really disliked that the oil was put in my hair when it wasn't a massage for my scalp

Comparing to spas the experience was not spa-like enough. It was still good but did not blow me away. Also would have been better to have choice of female therapist.

i often find the treatment rooms loud and don't get to fully relax because of it. not always the spas fault but the surrounding area can get loud and it causes a sense of tension instead of relaxation. would also prefer a 60-90 min option as opposed to 50 minutes. seems like we're getting ripped off 10 minutes and you have to pay for an actual '1 hour' massage

The receptionist that checked us out did not know how to use the gift card. We had to wait over 20 minutes before leaving with little or no answers. They were not apologetic of the wait time and I did not even receive a receipt. I had to ask if I could go after 20 minutes as the receptionist sat on her computer in silence.

The massage therapist tried his best but i was still in alot of pain after the massage. Didnt make much of a difference. I was more disappointed at the severity of the muscle knot and not even a massage was able to aleviate the pain.

Isolation between the room is bad. I could hear reception well. Should play music louder

It’s my first visit so if I continue to come again I would be able to rate my experience better .
