Music could be more calm/naturalistic. Decor could be more high-end and organized. Better beverage selection in the reception room. Used-cups should be taken out of customer view.

My appointment did not begin on time. This is not the first time at this location. The tea is in loose bags and doesn't have tongs for sanitary concerns. They used to make the tea for you. (I hope that they washed their hands then). There was a bad odor coming from one of the massage rooms. I believe a customer didn't have good hygiene. Guests should be sent away if they smell bad - it poses a health concern for other guests and your staff too. Everything else was fine. I was happy with my RMT.

I’m generally quite satisfied. But this time around, my 50 minute appoint at 11:15 began at 11:17 and by the time I was ready for my massage it was 11:22. And the masseuse finished at 11:57. That’s not 50 minutes unfortunately. But the RMT was quite nice and I didn’t want to ruin the experience by talking to the front desk about the issue. Also, the RMT spoke the entire time during my massage (along with me answering / asking questions ) but then it would have felt awkward to say “ok, please I need to relax now and not think / talk about things.” Also, an RMT of H&S has left. She was my regular. And now I have to figure out who will replace her.

Appointment started delayed 5-10 minutes. However it ended on time. So hands-on time was less by at least 5 minutes.

I had a new therapist and she was very good....Spent time massaging my feet which was nice and the areas I asked she did a very good job

the facial was highly satisfying! the massage was great until therapist spent to much time on neck pressure points

In a previous experience our always cancelled in error. The manager made up for the incident by providing us with an additional 30mintue service. That being said it was the second time their was an issue with our appointment. It’s taking time for me to gain trust back.

Massage therapist was very kind but went over the allotted time. A lot of talking during massage- I prefer to just relax.

One of the receptionists often makes mistakes in my bookings. I had specifically requested a therapist but booked me in with someone different.
