Hand and Stone

I have no issues. I'm just overall comparing this location to the hand and stone located on Jarvis. Dan Leckie location seemed more chaotic. Overall Massage was good!

Actually I was highly satisfied with my Hand and Stone experience. I find all the staff are very friendly and have a profecinal approch to the clients. I will some day bring my girlfriend there in the future.

She asked me what products I used (one specifically with glycolic acid and salisylic acid) and asked who recommended them but never explained if they were good or bad. Now Im wondering

My massage was excellent, however, there was so much noise in the hallway making it hard to relax. This will likely affect my choice to come back.

My appointment was scheduled for 3:45 pm and the clock said 3:50 pm when I laid down. Also the appointment ended at 4:40. I thought the appointment was for 1 hour.

Not enough time on extractions durinng facial Took time at checkout to find my discounted facials, and had i not brought it up, i would have paid for full price

Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would go back/recommend to friends!

I love the membership option, but it would be great to be able to have a bi-monthly option. Most benefits I have had will not allow for monthly massages so it will become a bit to difficult to continue monthly in the new year.

Massage was too short. Appointment was for 6pm. Waited till after 6:10 to be called back. Massage was over and i was dressing by 6:55.

Service was normal.
