The team from reception to therapist to the management team were all very friendly, helpful and were able to help me figure out how to best use the membership to my advantage. Dean specifically went out of his way to make sure I was able to use the credits in the most ideal way for me. The staff at Dan Leckie is great, they aren't even the closest H&S to me anymore and I still make a point to return here.
