When I entered I was greeted with "Do you have an appointment" meanwhile the woman who came in right after me was greeted by name. Not excelleny customer service at all!

I do not understand why I am being sent these surveys. I completed one after my last treatment and never received my $5 coupon. So I will complete this one and likely never receive a coupon for a second time. Remove me from these emails if you are not honoring what they are saying.

When I walked in I was met and adked about services , the answer then allowed me to book an apppintment on the same day. The therapist wa pleasant and made me feel cumfortable.

Receptionist had trouble finding my account and was slow to complete the check in and post massage process. Receptionist also gave contradicting information to a previous associate and was not able to confirm what the correct answer was.

After the fitft time we came for a couple massage, the receptionist told us he cannot find my husband in the system. She hept asking if it was our first time here. We repeatedly told ger we are members and this is our fifth time..

I find the services to be a little too expensive The variety of massage options is lacking There are instances of times when the receptions can be too pushy on products

I was extremely satisfied overall! My only concern/preference would be direct billing and perhaps some nicely scented oils (free of charge). It the was most effective massage I have had - every second was helpful for my back and body. I can’t wait to come back!

The experience and marketing language used at the spa is not welcoming for a place that wants to position itself as a "spa". If this place is a spa, there's all these harsh language such as lost RMT receipts will cost you $10. Add extra services $10, $15, $25. These were the first things I noticed when I signed the new customer sheet. This is not the first thing a customer should see as I now position this brand/company as a place of making money instead of providing great service for the cost. It's more like tricks and I'm not sure if I want to return back. Even the 12 month subscription with up to 6 months of pausing is like locking myself into a cable/phone contract. No spa, no health clinic or any business does this. This gives me a negative impression of the business which is unfortunate.

I mentioned about a pain in my shoulder muscle, which the therapist took care of, but he spent too much time in that area, would have been nice to have a more full body massage
