I addressed the noise level i the next room with a poor response. The owner suggested i meditate during noisy situations. The spa should be quiet, bottom line. No excuse🤢

I wasn't greeted upon my arrival as the receptionist was busy with another customer. I had no interaction with anyone until my therapist came out to get me. In the massage room I could hear conversations in the outer areas, doors opening and closing, and the toilet being flushed twice during my appointment in the room beside mine. Also I could hear a customer and therapist talking at the beginning of the appointment on the other side next to the room I was in. It prevented me from getting into a deep relaxation.

- it took multiple emails & finally phone call to figure out appointment time as every time something was sent to me by email, by the time I was able to reply, they'd given away that appt to someone else (it would have been much more efficient had they just called me to confirm) - i had booked a hot stone all along but when the therapist started, I realized 10 mins in to it that there were no hot stones ready or even in the room so he had to get them half way through and thus started later with the actual stones - he did do a good job though. - the face cushion is way too firm. You have to realize that for an hour or more to have your face pressed against something that isn't absolutely the softest spongiest cushion possible, it's going to be very uncomfortable. especially if you have TMJ syndrome like I do. I would highly recommend having them changed. - the room was much too warm....perhaps nice in the winter but not during warm weather :) Thanks!

Would be great if there is a membership plan more tailored to my situation as I only have $500 per year from my benefits plan on Massage therapies. (Not complaining, things were mostly perfect from the last visit)

I was satisfied w the massage, however I booked a 50 minute massage and felt like only 30 mins was spent on my actual massage. I was booked for 1115, my massage didn't start until 1125 (rmt asked questions about my health etc) and it was done by noon.

Only cause I have red scabs where I had late extractions. I was told I wouldn't have that, otherwise I would have booked on a Sunday.

The room was a bit to hot. The massage bed was in a light damaged condition, notices from outside, music not lout enough ,
