- massage was good but not fluid - added a head message, didnt realize it would also be the same therapist to do the head message. He was okay, he tangled my hair. He rubbed my hair and not go right into my scalp.

Using essential oils should be included as part of all massages

We were misinformed about the cost of certain added services. At the end of our appointment we noticed a different price on our bill and asked the receptionist about it. He said that the therapist had made a mistake and did not offer to honour the price. We left with a sour taste in our mouth. An hour later we received an email from the manager apologizing for the mistake and received a credit on our account. It was the right thing to do and based on that act alone, we will return for future appointments. Thank you.

I have two problem areas. One is injury related and one is stress/over-use related. I described these to my therapist and he did ded some time on each one but continued to do more of a full body massage instead of focusing on the problem areas. It was still an excellent massage but I was hoping he would spend more time on my upper back.

I am still experiencing pain in my upper back. I am still very tender.

Inconvenient online booking compared to other places. Sometimes I book elsewhere because I can see available time slots online and book right then and there without having to pick three dates and waiting for an email and then working out a time and day. Such a hassle with fast paced lifestyles.

I did not appreciate the other staff being so noisy during my massage. They were in the hallway laughing and talking loudly which was taking away from my relaxation. There was also some loud banging (from doors closing) and I was startled a few times. I also did not like that when I came in to the reception area that the lady who I assumed does facials started pushing me on one. I know it's a service that is offered but I was there for a massage and didn't want a full pitch on why facials are good for me.

Need a bit more pressure for my massage-had residual soreness the next day. But was relaxing and I would definitely go back.

First because I was asked to give my credit card number on the phone which is something completely un-secured and experts don't suggest to do that. And when I didn't accept that, the receptionist made me to come by person to book an appointment. The other thing is that I was told that for introductory massage, I have the option to select hot stone. But when I asked for it, I was told that it's not ready for today and takes time to make the stones ready. So I couldn't try this massage.
