I was completely satisfied with my treatment the only thing I was surprised is that the facial didn't include extractions and usually I get that done when I have a facial .

My last name was incorrect on my receipt. When I pointed this out it was not corrected. The receptionist advised that my carrier could call if there was a problem. This is not acceptable. The carrier having to call prolongs my reimbursement. As well, this is not a professional response. When I requested a new receipt with the correct spelling of my name, she refused. The account was created over the phone by a hand and stone employee. My credit card, my massage therapy information sheet, and my email address all show the CORRECT spelling of my name,

Sometimes the masseur doesnt target the area i mentioned. Once i mentioned my foot hurts and they skipped it. Overall its fine.

My only bump was that I had asked for an additional 15 minutes which I did not receive and then was initially charged for it. When I pointed it out, it was taken off my bill immediately. So all was handled perfectly I just felt awkward and was looking forward to that additional 15min and didn't want to stress about the time or having to point it out. Wished that it had just been done.

I had a good experience at Hand and Stone, it met my expectations in everyway. I wasn't absolutely blown away but I was definitely very satisfied with the experience.

My massage therapist, Dan, was very friendly and knowledgeable. It's only been a few days and my back feels much better!

I could hear talking in other rooms. The ambiance set by my therapist in my room was great, but it was distracting to be able to hear others outside the room. It is clear the walls are not soundproofed.

The massage started around 5 minimutes late because the reception was explaining the membership benefits. However it ended exactly on time. Not a big deal for only 5 minutes, but I was hoping the massage would get extended for a little bit longer.

The staff at the front desk was friendly . My masseur was very good in relieving me of my pain
