Very cold rooms. Not relaxing ambiance and it was noisy inside the massage room.

i thought the staff was very friendly. they told me about the promotions but weren't pushy about them at all, which was nice. my massage therapist was excellent and i would definitely book another appointment with him.

AM very happy for the most part. I go there a lot, but a couple of times I thought the listening could be better 1. Facial experience did not take care of the ore problem which was removing blackheads 2. Expressed how I didn't like a certain therapist and a massage, I was told he was no longer working there though no one asked me why or offered a comp session

The appointment before ours started late and as such ours was pushed back 10 minutes. But the massage itself was great.

I really like the experience so far, the opening hour is so convenient. The place is slightly small, maybe that's a little bit of shortcoming, but otherwise, everything is good to me.

The Hand & Stone location was convenient which is why I went. I had a great experience with my massage therapist and he was helpful. I found that the staff were not as professional and it seemed to be more of a social event for them - less about the spa experience for the clients. Overall, I would recommend it to a friend and I will definitely return to get a massage with Symone. He was awesome!!

The massage was GREAT. I will come back just because the therapist was the best I encounter ever and it was the most effective sports massage I had in years. Now- not the best first impression as to check in- I made sure to come 20 min before my appointment to complete the forms and be ready to start my massage on time. I completed the forms right away and waited ...... for the next 20 + min. Not a big deal but it started 15 min late into my appointment simply since the reception was running around with other guests checking in at the same time. I would appreciate that respect for the guest and the therapist time is given. Other the that I will hope that my next one will be on time.

Did not get any response after requesting an appointment on the website but the next day I called the branch directly and I got my appointment. After my (amazing) massage, the receptionist explained to me your membership program while she was on the phone waiting on the same time with so I didn't understand 100% the benefits of the membership as she was on the rush. I got the brochure and everything was clear then. No one say goodbye to me when I left and cross the door but they were busy I guess.

I was disappointed by the noise in the hallway while having my massage, but my RMT was fabulous. I also received a call from Hand & Stone 30 minutes before my appointment saying that another client was late and would I mind pushing my appointment back by 30 minutes. Not really a big deal, but what am I supposed to do with an extra 30 minutes of waiting?
