Booking appointment and confirming female rmt was an issue, was originally told I was booked with a female rmt however my day before confirmation said I was with a male rmt.

Great experience, I would definitely return. Both receptionist and RMT did an excellent job. Only minor downside was that during the session I could sometimes hear the reception phone ringing or chatting outside my door which slightly took away from my relaxation. This may have been because I was in the first room beside the reception desk.

Cost was too high for the value of the treatment

I'm used to spa establishments where there is a room to relax before getting a massage. This felt like a doctor appointment. It was good for my main purpose to release muscle tension, but I'd go to a spa, if I'm looking for relaxation. The location is absolutely ideal. There is nothing like this in that area.

Service was great, people are nice, but the ambiance is very lacking. The paint, the furniture, the lighting, it was not at all spa like, more like a doctor's office or a strip mall.

I felt the massage room was too bright. When the receptionists treated me they said "hi" but then stared at me until I explained the reason for my visit. I added on the 30 min, but felt it took some time to really get into the massage - a lot of "warming up"

- therapist should make a point of being seen by clients to wash hands - more accommodation is needed for tall/big clients (including better foot rest and arm rests) - better accommodation for clients' clothes and belongings. There was no hanger and minimal space for clothes and bags.

I was very satisfied with my experience at Hand and Stone and can't wait to come back for my next massage
