I was able to find a last minute appointment for my neck and back pains. I like my RMT's pressure and technique

The massage was excellent. It is T=the first massage since the COVID pandemic and I definitely should not have waited this long. I can feel muscles in my back that were numb. One minor detail is the sheets on the massage bed were crumpled. It left me suggesting that the sheets were not changed since the last massage on the bed.

Emily is a great listener and made sure we worked on the areas I wanted ; was always checking-in to see if I was doing OK.

The Hand and Stone Spa Dan Leckie location settings and the service provided by their RMT always help me to relax and escape from busy daily schedules. My RMT Diana understands my requests for massage and she always gets the point!

It was longer and had good facial massage unlike other facial treatments i took befor, i can see some results but its to soon to say , still good!

The massage was excellent. Very knowledgeable and personable with extreme attention to detail and communication skills. The facility is very well kept and clean. The gentleman who logged me into my appointment and cashed me out was fantastic. I didn't even have to ask for him to put it though on one of my credits (which I've always had to explain in the past). Awesome 👏
