I would love to have more availability for couple massage. My service was lovely! Thank you for your service!

Service could be amplified by desk staff offering water with cucumber or lemon while one waits (like other locations). Also, having scented steam (eucalyptus or lavender) during a facial would bring the spa in line with other Hand and Stone locations.

Love the friendliness all around, but reason to come back and recommend. The masseuse are all great, and some are top notch, including Simon who treated me this time.

Everybody was focused on taking care of me. Even though I was a bit edgy after a long tough day I think this was the 3rd treatment with George - and I totally do not expect anybody to remember all their clients - but what I can say is - I was treated as if I get a massage every week! His pressure was amazing and attention and focus on a problem area still has me euphoric today - I have no pain. Thank you for a wonderful experience

Found Kristin as our esthetician very warm and knowledgeable. I’ve felt embarrassed about my bad skin with others in the past where they make you feel like you’ve been doing things all wrong. Kristin does not exude any judgement and made both my mom and I feel very comfortable! We will both be repeat clients!
