Hand and Stone

I absolutely love going to Hand and Stone. It's always a clean and friendly atmosphere. I'm excited to see an online booking platform; however, it needs some attention to detail (prices listed) and an explanation on how to use credits, or book more than one timeslot at a time.

I always feel very welcome when I arrive. Everyone is very knowledgeable about the services they offer. It’s very clean and organized and I’ve never had a bad service.

My service was great, and the staff at this location are lovely.

My massage therapist was so knowledgeable. He focused on the areas I wanted. He was good at explaining everything he was doing

Jason is a great masseuse. Always asks what my needs are and addresses them. He has a great sense of humour so it an enjoyable visit.

Hand and Stone has a great ambiance. It is welcoming and relaxing as soon as I arrive. The reception staff are lovely and always willing to help. The massage therapists that I visit listen well, and provide excellent massages.

The massage therapist (Attila) is very attentive, knowledgeable and professional. He knows how to make the experience relaxing while also therapeutic.

Emily is amazing! I won't see anyone else if I don't have to.

Easy to book with the online tool now. Had an issue where I was auto sent the wrong intake form (facial) but quickly resolved by emailing the clinic. Serviced was friendly, clean and prompt
