Great staff and overall services!

The front staff and manager were extremely informative, outgoing and friendly. They gave me add on options upon arrival and explained them without any pressure. I added in the foot scrub and it was perfect especially since we can’t get pedicures. My massage therapist Emily took the time to go over everything and ask questions throughout the massage while also allowing for quiet time. She was very good and the pressure was great. After paying they explained about the membership, again without any pressure and given the great cost savings I decided to sign up. I was very pleased with every aspect of my visit and already booked my next one and can’t wait to try the other types of massages they offer.

I am always comfortable and relaxed whenever I am in receptionist area which is very satisfying, and my masseuse is excellent at giving me my massages. The overall atmosphere of the place is really nice and relaxing.

My RMT was phenomenal and I loved everything about my first experience with Hand and Stone! Excited for my appointment next week.

I see 50 min or 80 min massage option. I wish you had a 60 min one. Other than that my massage therapist Li Liu was so so great

The service I paid for was provided as promised. Privacy or separate room during the service was great to zone out in. The staff was professional and courteous.

Professional and welcoming! Receptionist was very friendly. Massage was relaxing could have used different strokes if possible and could have explained how my muscles are if they are fine or how often i need massage. (guided me) Over all it was good experience:)

it’s just a minute walk from my home , they’re all attentive at the front & the manager is friendly & engaging !
