The RMT was informative, asked questions (pressure, target areas, etc.) and help relieve tension.

The service provided at Hand & Stone, Den Leckie Way, was amazing. Staff was professional and wasted no time on getting myself started with the existing health condition form, while making herself available for any questions. Precautions for health and safety of all parties were taken throughout the experience (from reception to massage room). Massage therapist washed her hands before massage session began. She also ensured that the applied pressure and temperature of the hot stones was ok for my body. Could not ask for better and safer service.

I had Erica for a massage, she was attentive to my needs and was extrmely knowledgeable.

All the staff members I spoke with whether in person or on the phone were very helpful and courteous. The massage therapist was also very professional and the experience was very relaxing. Highly recommend Hand & Stone to friends and family.

The staff and therapusts are top notch. The biggest problem is getting scheduled times because they are so popular. Very happy with the service. I would attend more if I could afford to.
