Everything was well prepared and handled things safely. Staff was extremely kind and knowledgeable. Clean relaxing environment. RMT did a fantastic job and am feeling great.

I've been going to this Hand & Stone location all year pretty much (other than the months it was closed due to Covid). I've had a very good experience there. Chandra is one of the better masseur's that I've ever had. I like the idea of remaining on the membership and going back once a month to relieve some of my muscle tensions and pains.

I've been going to this location for a few years now - it's clean, comforting and Diana, my RMT is amazing. She is friendly and kind and a strong, intuitive therapist who spends the right amount of time where it's needed. She is the reason I keep returning, but the overall experience, the lovely reception staff and the simple yet well appointed office is also a factor.

The team at Hand and Stone, as always, was very warm and welcoming during my visit. My only suggestion would be to send the intake form for completion before the appointment (I had to update my information) - luckily I arrived a bit early, but did feel a bit frazzled before my appointment because I wasn't expecting to have to fill it out. Other than that, service was great!

I was highly satisfied because the service from start to finish was pleasant, efficient and enjoyable. Symone is an excellent massage therapist and I won't go to anyone else!
