Everything was very straight forward as I was filling in the screening form, and the staff was very friendly during my time in the clinic. My massage therapist was very good on the pressure and nailed all the notes very well.

Customer Service: My previous appointment was cut short by 10 mins (no reason - the massage therapist just said it was over and when I looked at the time, it was done early). I was told that for my next apt, I would get an extra 10 mins for free. For my session, I used the extra 10 mins and it was very easy to redeem it. No questions were asked by front desk and they accommodated me well. Massage: I find that the therapist quality can vary sometimes but my specific therapist this time was AMAZING. Without me identifying, was able to pinpoint exactly where my stiff areas were and focused on them during the massage.

Location was convenient, good experience with RMT massage, and reasonably priced.

they could be better at responding to email bookings. i went back and forth with someone and each time the timeslot i wanted was taken up...so i had to call them. not a big deal but it's just more convenient to do online bookings during work hours.
