Please get online booking- it would be much easier and faster on the customer. Please get an online COVID survey to minimize the amount of time spent in the waiting room/using the same pen/paper/clipboard.

Quick and prompt service from the receptionist to the Manager checking in. The Massage therapist was friendly. The massage was great.

I felt welcomed by friendly staff and even the manager. This is hugely important. The attention to pandemic safety precautions was critical to giving confidence in the experience. HEPA filters in each room and use of masks is an important factor in gaining confidence to return to my regular appointment schedule. My partner always tells me how relaxed I am after my appointments and this one was no different.

The therapist was extremely knowledgeable and focused on areas I requested.

Amazing technique

When coming into Hand and Stone the service is very friendly and the area is clean. Our massage therapist is phenomenal, my husband and I go to Emily. She is very knowledgeable, kind and the massage is very relaxing. We recommend this place to everyone we talk too.
