Very happy with being able to resume treatment after COVID. The team at hand and stone has put in place all safeguards to ensure staff and customer protection

Everything was very clean. All staff had masks on. All customers have masks as well. Feel very safe.

I was happy with the procedures the receptionist explained to me when she called to book my appointment. It gave me great confidence that my health and safety are a priority. When I arrived the check in procedure was easy and I was informed of the process. I asked my therapist not to massage my head and he had no issues with that. At the end he showed me an exercise to help strengthen my back, which I really appreciated.

I appreciate the lengths the location took to ensure cleanliness and safety during this unprecedented time. I also appreciate the effort the staff put forth in ensure a safe, but relaxing environment

Everything was very organized and welcoming. This being my first massage after Covid, it was great and well cleaned. Good touch with the air filter in the room. And always love the hot towel!

I used Emily this time and she was great...Pressure was good and she asked if I wanted it lighter or harder..Her technique was good...I would use her again but I like a later massage and she leaves earlier
