Kiran was amazing! Best facial ever! When I called to book the appointment I mentioned that I can a memebership package, she disissed it and simply said I have to deal with it. Instead of asking which location and simply having the change the expiry dates. The extra step and the annoyance was enough for e not to want to even come... But Kiran saved the day, she paid amazing attention to detials and my face feels great!

The receptionist was extremely friendly and knowledgeable of all the services offered. You can tell that she is very organized and wants to make it as simple as possible for all of the customers by getting all the receipts ready as soon as the customers walk out. The ambiance of room was very relaxing and the walls were sound-proof. Little treats and water was offered which really adds to the experience. I loved the hot towel after the massage and how the massage therapist was waiting outside with a glass of water.

Javier continues to be my go to whenever I need a massage. He knows how to get the right spots and is aware of my problem areas. Reception is always very pleasant and accommodating, even if things are running a bit slow.

Emily is amazing! The room was scored low for ambiance due to the noise heard from reception and outside the room as it is located right next to the entrance to the lobby.
