Jason was fantastic - I generally prefer (and requested) a female RMT, but when Jia got back to me with a quick appointment and male RMT, I took it. I'm so glad I did. He's amazing - really, really knowledgeable and gave me feedback about my back/neck health including identifying an area that's never been pointed out by an RMT, but bothers me daily. Very friendly and professional, it was one of the most comfortable massage experiences I've had. 11/10, honestly. I'm just blown away when an RMT is the perfect mix of social, but not chatty, with a really comfortable energy and great technique.

Symone is absolutely fabulous. He targets my problem areas and works on them so well. He really gets the knots out and relieves the tightness. He is above and beyond the best massage therapist I've had! You should do whatever you need to do to keep him at your location! He deserves a raise.

Hand and Stone is my go to spa... the Massage Therapists are lovely. The welcome staff can be alitte cold. I often recommend this location to friends and neighbors.

I was welcomed from the moment I walked in. The experience was positive and the staff were extremely friendly. This was a better experience than I have had at other H&S locations, and I will definitely return.

I always have a good experience at H&S. My regular therapist is Katya, but I've also booked massages with other providers and they are all excellent. I like value you get with this location. Other "spas" have bells and whistles that I don't use and charge a fortune! I just need a good massage to relax, and I'm done! Which I always get.

Staff were very polite. The massage therapist was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what kind of pressure to apply on sensitive areas of the body. Definitely happy with the service.
