The staff at reception is welcoming. My therapist Stephen is very knowledgable with my issues. I sleep and feel better post massage. I appreciate reception looking out for me post massage by offering tea or water.

Good pressure to my shoulder plates where I really needed it from all the time spent working at computer. Released lots of tension in my upper back and shoulders.

The booking process was seamless which is important as I have a busy schedule. The reception is nice and offers small treats which is a nice perk. While the quality of massage has varied from therapist to therapist, I have found someone that suits my needs. Overall, I have enjoyed my time there.

Overall, I had a great time at Hand & Stone. The appointment started right on time and the massage therapists welcomed us warmly. The therapists ensured we gave them directions on what type of massage we preferred and did a great job making us feel relaxed.

Laura my therapist was awesome. She really had great bed side presence and etiquette. No products were used besides the massage oil and music so that question should have a N/A. I didn't need anything else. Thanks

Hand & stone rates are reasonable with very professional staff. The atmosphere is relaxing and facility is always kept clean. The massage therapists are receptive to my pain points and adjust the sessions as needed.
