All the staff were very welcoming upon arrival. My therapist asked me about specific areas I wanted attention on, and focused on these. I will be back requesting the same therapist again, she really helped me with my problem areas.

Jessica M. was a great RMT and would highly recommend her technique and explanation of the tension areas that I had was taken care of very well. She is also very friendly making sure that, I was able to feel comfortable and leave myself out of stress and get the right amount message that I needed during my session. My overall experience has been extremely well and look forward to the next session.

Stephen Wahlberg is a great masseuse - very knowledgeable. I came in with lower back and leg issues and he did a great job addressing them. Very pleased and booked another 80 minute massage in 2 weeks.

Went to Hand & Stone for the second time but saw therapist Emily for the first time. She was amazing! Helped relieve a lot of my problem areas and helped me relax as well. Will definitely be booking again.
