Hand and Stone

Went to Hand & Stone for the second time but saw therapist Emily for the first time. She was amazing! Helped relieve a lot of my problem areas and helped me relax as well. Will definitely be booking again.

Great massage. I wish the appointments were 1 hour for the price and they should include the use of essential oils in the massage.

Spa Manager checked me in and was very pleasant. I asked a number of questions and he answered them with patience and enthusiasm. My RMT listened to my needs and provided an excellent massage. I rebooked as a result.

Michael gave me a warm welcome me the minute I walked in the door. He is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. This was my first time at Hand & Stone and he took the time to explain the different pricing available. He suggested a therapist who he thought would be best for me and I was not disappointed. When I arrived for my appointment he recognized me and after my appointment took the time to make sure I was satisfied. Symone quickly figured out what area needed attention the most and throughout the massage checked in to make sure everything was ok and I was ok with the pressure. I felt relief immediately and felt great the following day. I have already booked my next appointment.

I love that they have longer business hours and the staff is very welcoming and efficient. RMT Laura was awesome, checking with me each time if the pressure was right for me, she had addressed all my issues and i was just so relaxed after my 50-minute massage. Would definitely go back.
