When trying to book my appointment, the call was disconnected and when I tried to call again, the phone wasnt working. I ended up emailing. That being said the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Reception area is bright because of the windows but I do prefer a little bit more zen and calming ambience. Seemed just a little bit sterile. But no complaints!!

I am very pleased with Simon as a massage therapist. He listens to my problem areas. He is extremely knowdlegable

It was my first massage and the experience was great! All of the staff were very accommodating, especially considering I didn’t know what I was doing. I was offered drinks before and after and explained what each treatment consisted of. Amazing job!

I've been seeing Javier for almost a year now and he has always met and fulfilled my expectations. I don't need to remind him of pressure, etc. He usually asks if there are areas that he needs to focus on and I tell him and he goes ahead and addresses the issue.

Friendly, sometimes noisy in the massage rooms (I believe from the washing machine on the other side of the wall).

I had a minor injured and I was worried that I would have a bad time during my massage Stephen took the time to listen and care so much about it during the massage. Thanks to him I can walk properly again! He is the best!!

The location is clean and inviting. The staff are all very friendly and professional. My massage therapist knew exactly what areas I wanted him to target and did a great job working on this areas.
