Sam was very friendly and explained each of the steps of the facial. It was my first facial and it exceeded my expectations :) She even recommended some products to benefit my skin care routine.

Reception staff was nice! My RMT was also super nice and explained why I could be experiencing pain in certain areas.

The head rest is far apart from the massage bed. I am a small person- so my face rests on the stretcher b/t the head rest and the bed - this makes my neck in pain when I am being massaged. The site should invest in head rests that are adjustable. I have asked several of the RMTs to adjust and the best they can do is to put a towel on that stretcher. At Elmwood and other spas, the head rests do not have this problem.

The staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is very relaxing, lots of different massage techniques available and it allows you to experience what works best for you.

From check in to check out, I had a great experience. My RMT was kind, knowledgeable and skilled, and allowed me to feel comfortable during my massage. At the end of my appointment, I booked another massage with the same RMT. Keep up the good work Thanks!

My massage therapist (George) was very friendly and focused on relieving tension in certain areas of my jaw, shoulders and back.

I had a great experience! I did end up making a mistake with the time of my appointment, I arrived early because I did it on my lunch break. But they got me in as soon as I let them know & they did an amazing job. Very friendly & understanding staff. I’m excited to book again!
