The overall experience is very efficient and the people are very friendly:) The only suggestion I would make would be to have more calming soundtracks. There have a been a few occasions where the sound tracking playing was quite excitable (harp or xylophone) and I asked to have the music turned down.

good masseuses, VERY comfortable rooms and I love the little snacks in the waiting area. I end up eating quite a few things.

Nima is very professional, finds and massages out all the knots in my body, leaving me relaxed and pain free. He checks in to make sure the pressure is okay & to make sure I’m comfortable. The lemon water at the end of my massage was a very nice touch, too!

I am incredibly impressed with my RMT’s (Steven) level of professionalism and knowledge. He is always conscious of my time and comfort and keeps excellent note of my history. I have recommended him to a number of friends.

Great massage as a great price! Awesome value

Laura was exceptional and worked on my problem area with great detail. Will definitely return to her for a massage. However, I wish that in the waiting room there were slippers or a bigger rug, given the freezing temperatures outside made the tile quite cold while I sat and waited for my appointment to start (which ran about 10-15 mins behind schedule).

I have tried to get into H&S for a few months, didn't realize that you could visit different locations. Once I called Dan leckie location, they took me in right away. The massage therapist (mohammad) was fantastic. Great pressure, listened to my needs and made me feel very comfortable. I felt revitalized when I left. I also had a facial with Kristen, she was knowledgable, explained every step to me and gave me great advice. My only feedback for both would be to have some sort of music playing. Soft, quiet music would help eliminate any sounds from outside of the room itself. Overall, I will definitely come back and will visit this location moving forward. Thank you.

I have been going to Hand & Stone for about a year now. I like the convenience of the location, the professionalism of the staff and the value I receive. I have been going to the same RMT - Emily Bonduro - who has been doing amazing work on my back, shoulders & neck area. I highly recommend her. I am very happy to have discovered Hand & Stone in my neighbourhood and I recommend it often to my colleagues & others.
