I actually had forgotten my appointment as I was distracted by work. The receptionist called and luckily I was just 15 minutes late. Javier was waiting for me and manage not only to reduce the pain in my shoulder but also took away the stress in 45 minutes. Fantastic!

Receptionists friendly. Masseuse was friendly knowledgeable and considerate.

Booking experience and reception welcome were exceptional. Massage therapist was extremely professional and effective. I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout (from reception through the actual massage), and the massage was one of the best I've ever had - will be back for sure.

My initial experience with Hand & stone wasn't the greatest at first, due to the receptionist's lack of customer service. Later discovered she was let go, made all the difference. Went in for my second appointment because my therapist had an amazing personality and the pressure was perfect! Unfortunately, the experience wasn't satisfying my second time around and wasn't sure if I was going to go back... However, at the end of my service when I went to pay, meeting one of the other receptionist, she took the time to ask me questions, build rapport, dug out the truth of my experience and she offered a solution to my not so great experience. I am now a loyal client to my new masseur.
