Hand and Stone

My initial experience with Hand & stone wasn't the greatest at first, due to the receptionist's lack of customer service. Later discovered she was let go, made all the difference. Went in for my second appointment because my therapist had an amazing personality and the pressure was perfect! Unfortunately, the experience wasn't satisfying my second time around and wasn't sure if I was going to go back... However, at the end of my service when I went to pay, meeting one of the other receptionist, she took the time to ask me questions, build rapport, dug out the truth of my experience and she offered a solution to my not so great experience. I am now a loyal client to my new masseur.

Symone is the best RMT I have ever had. The massage is both relaxing and highly effective, something I've typically had to compromise on with previous RMT's at other spas.

Love the welcoming reception I receive at each visit. The therapists keep detailed notes on file and remember problems I had previously mentioned. My only suggestion for improvement is soundproofing. Hearing a conversation in the next room or the noisy HVAC unit is very distracting

although my appointment wasn't on time, the receptionist was apologetic and offered me water and made me feel comfortable. my massage therapist was amazing as usual. He understands my physical issues well and addressed the problem very well. I will most definitely return very soon. I recommend the services at Hamd and Stone to anyone who is seeking a good massage therapist.

The receptionists were very friendly and quickly provided me with my intake form and a warm cup of tea on a cold day! The massage therapist who saw me was really professional and gave me a lot of information about stretches and ergonomic changes I could make to supplement the massage I was getting for a sore shoulder. He was also friendly and made me feel very comfortable, so we had a great chat while he was working!

Very satisfied with the experience. The massauer was very experienced and worked on all the right muscles.

My RTM listed to what I needed and was able to relieve a lot of pain I have been carrying in my upper back. She was very polite and pleasant. The reception was also very polite and warm to everyone walking in the door. Overall great experience. I will be returning.

My massage therapist, Javier, has been great and I will continue to return to have him treat me. He consistently checks in and ensures that everything is okay and that he is hitting my sore areas. The ladies at reception are always wonderful and know many of the guests by name, adding to the comfort level of all.
