As a very spontaneous decision to get a massage I didn't really go in with expectations, but I was met with friendly staff on the phone, at reception, and my massage therapist was very good and tried new treatment I haven't had done before that I found very effective. I appreciate especially him taking the time after the appointment to check back in and suggest further stretches to help my recovery. Very positive experience all around.

My problems have been fixed except for one. That was bcause none of therapists i normally use were unavailable. Had to make do with limited options. Everyone is friendly Value for service

The staff are friendly..makes you feel at ease.. the massage therapist also was really nice..feels alive again..so relaxing Thanks Hand and Stone but not enough time..

The staff was friendly and very welcoming. My therapist listened in detail to what I required and gave it to me. I left feeling relaxed and light.

Knowledgeable therapist (Javier) - really helped my back and told me how to stretch to help with tightness
