I had a wonderful experience at Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, especially considering I had never received a massage before. It was a wonderful, new experience. Would highly recommend to anyone

I enjoyed the stone massage but I believe I chose the wrong service for my needs when I went in. So the problem was my choice, not the masseuse or the operator.

The atmosphere of the entire place was welcoming, the staff was knowledgeable and was willing to assist. I was able to be placed on a waiting list and provided with an opening time in a timely fashion. The ease of booking appointments was amazing.

The massage therapist was amazing, respectful, experienced, and effective. Unlike the previous guy, Stephen massaged my whole body without wasting a single minute. He kept making sure the pressure is right and that I’m comfortable. I actually wanted to cancel my membership, but now that Stephen is there, I’ll continue.

The esthetician who did my facial was very knowledge and friendly. She recommended products to use at help to further deal with my skin's problems.

Facial was absolutely incredible! Would highly recommend this place.

Simon was super helpful relieving my problem areas, and offered suggestions on what I could do to prevent further tension from building in the future. I'll definitely be coming back for another appointment in the New Year.

Shoulder work from Steve was very effective in breaking up scar tissue caused by surgery. Excellent deep tissue work

The ambiance is very fresh and homey. The staff are courteous and helpful. Overall I really enjoy filling my pampering appointment. Always look forward to my next pampering visit.
