I had one of the best massages here at Hand and Stone and felt like a completely new person!

This was one of my first massages in a long time. The therapist took the time to test out my sore muscles with me in order to target them properly, and followed up with an excellent massage.

I absolutely love Mirjana - she is the first RMT I've seen that actually provides therapy for me and what my body is going through.

The massage therapist was knowledgeable and helpful in dealing with my ailments. He ensured that the correct level of pressure was applied and made sure that I was happy.

Erika is absolutely amazing. She is knowledgeable and always provides the right pressure and focus on the afflicted areas. She also gave me a few stretches and tips on how I can help myself a bit at home. I HIGHLY recommend her. I do not like how long it takes to 'check out' after the massage. I can understand that it may take some time but the woman who checked me out yesterday didn't really know what she was doing, didn't smile and wasn't particularly friendly. Not the usual fantastic service I receive when I come in. Also, was not offered water when I arrived nor when I finished.

The whole experience was very comforting and relaxing. The massage therapist was very attentive to my needs (I had a back injury) and always made sure I was comfortable and not in any pain. Very satisfied with the service and the experience.

Sandra is an excellent RMT. She is very attentive and knowledgeable. I love that if she sees me in reception early that she offers to start our appointment early. One concern is the availability of appointments in the evening, I am hopefully it is due to people trying to use up benefits vs popularity (good for you, however bad for us trying to book appointments). Inability to book appointments other than a month in advance was the major reason I left my previous spa.
