Sandra is an excellent RMT. She is very attentive and knowledgeable. I love that if she sees me in reception early that she offers to start our appointment early. One concern is the availability of appointments in the evening, I am hopefully it is due to people trying to use up benefits vs popularity (good for you, however bad for us trying to book appointments). Inability to book appointments other than a month in advance was the major reason I left my previous spa.

First massage with Laura Nov. 23/17 she was great! Felt excellent when I went home, very relaxed!

The service was great - both the receptionist and the RMT. The RMT was very knowledgeable and was able to ease the back pain i was experiencing - which prompted the need for the visit in the first place. The RMT was very professional - I am a female patient and he was a male RMT; I did not feel unsafe with him.

My RMT Stephen was incredible! He was able to apply the amount of pressure that I needed (and that's a lot). He was able to relieve me of tension that has been built up for years! I don't think I've ever had a massage therapist that was more attentive and who wasn't afraid to apply that much pressure on me. Will definitely be returning soon!

My esthetician Maxine was incredible! extremely knowledgeable and provided exceptional service. As a result of her warmth, professionalism and skill set, I would return and recommend others in future. Thank you Maxine!!

Because there are good and friendly therapists and easy booking as well walking distance to my home. Friendly service and not to costly for my budget
